Abstract

Research on the management of UPJ in Welding Engineering Skills Competence at SMK Sore Tulungagung and SMKN 2 Tulungagung in an effort to improve student skills and absorption of graduate students is a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The results showed that the POAC management model was the UPJ management model used in SMK Sore Tulungagung and SMKN 2 Tulungagung. UPJ management activities according to the POAC model consist of four activities which include planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising.

Abstract

The low learning achievement of students can be influenced by many factors, both internal and external. This study aims to examine whether character education in schools, motivation and learning styles affect student achievement. The quantitative research approach exposes facto causality, the population is Darul Lughah Wal Karomah Vocational School students using a saturated sample. Collecting data using a questionnaire and observing student learning achievement is measured using a structured test, the data is analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the cultivation of character education on student achievement, learning motivation had a significant positive effect on student achievement and the cultivation of learning styles also had a significant positive effect on student achievement.Rendahnya Prestasi Belajar pada siswa dapat di pengaruhi oleh banyak factor baik internal maupun ekternal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah Pendidikan karakter di sekolah, motivasi dan gaya belajar itu berpengaruh terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.  Pendekatan penelitian kuantitaf expose facto causalitas, populasi adalah siswa SMK Darul Lughah Wal Karomah dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan questioner dan observasi prestasi belajar siswa diukur dengan menggunakan tes terstruktur, data dianalisis mengunakan regresi liner berganda. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terhadap pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara penanaman pendidikan karakter terhadap prestasi belajar siswa, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa serta penanaman gaya belajar juga berpengaruh positif signigikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstract : This research has a purpose to develop of android-based learning media about the human digestive system to improve motivation and learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary students; know the quality of android-based learning media about the human digestive system to improve motivation and learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary students, and know the effectiveness of android-based learning media about the human digestive system to improve motivation and learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary students. This research is a Research and Development (RD) type with the development model of ADDIE. The result of this research shows five steps in making the android-based learning media about the human digestive system 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation and 5) Evaluation. The quality of android-based learning media about a human digestive system based on the evaluation from 1) the expert of the subject gained an average score of 3,94 which is included in a Very Good category, 2) media expert gained an average score of 3,96 which is included in the Very Good category. Therefore, this android-based learning media about the human digestive system is proper to be used as the learning media. Based on the analysis of the improvement of study motivation using t-test, it was obtained sig (2-tailed)  0,0350,05. Based on the analysis of the improvement of the learning outcomes using t-test, it was obtained sig (2-tailed)  0,0220,05. In conclusion, the android-based learning media about the human digestive system is effective to improve the motivation and the learning outcomes of fifth-grade elementary students.Abstrak Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: mengembangkan media pembelajaran berbasis android materi sistem pencernaan manusia untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD; mengetahui kualitas media pembelajaran berbasis android materi sistem pencernaan manusia untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD; dan mengetahui keefektifan media pembelajaran berbasis android materi sistem pencernaan manusia dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (RD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan lima tahap dalam pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android: 1) Analysis, 2) Design 3) Development, 4) Implementation, dan 5) Evaluation. Tingkat kelayakan Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android berdasarkan penilaian: 1) Ahli Materi diperoleh rerata skor 3,94 yang termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik, 2) Ahli Media diperoleh rerata skor 3,96 yang termasuk dalam kategori Sangat Baik. Dengan demikian, Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android ini layak digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan analisis peningkatan motivasi belajar dengan uji-t diperoleh Sig. (2-tailed) 0,0350,05. Berdasarkan analisis peningkatan hasil belajar dengan uji-t diperoleh Sig. (2-tailed) 0,0220,05. Dengan demikian, Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Android Materi Sistem Pencernaan Manusia efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas V SD.

Abstract

Research on multi-case studies of link and match programs the motorcycle engineering and business industry class at SMK Tulungagung has been carried out. The research was conducted in three places including: SMK “SORE” Tulungagung and SMK Negeri 1 Rejotangan Tulungagung. The Honda industrial class program at SMK SORE Tulungagung has been going well, including the selection of an industrial class curriculum which involves the concept of link and match with industry, how the alignment of the industrial class curriculum is made. In addition, the learning process for the motorcycle engineering and business class at SMK Tulungagung has also been good, including the learning preparation process and the implementation of industrial class learning. What is no less important is the commitment of SMK which has a strategy to improve industrial class competence, namely increasing teacher competence and increasing student competence so that they are ready to go directly to industry.

Abstract

Abstract: SFH (School From Home) is a new habit that emerged during the Covid-19 pandemic. In its implementation, SFH causes further problems for students. One of them is academic procrastination. This study aims to provide an overview of the academic procrastination behavior of high school elementary school students during SFH. This type of research is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. In general, the results showed that academic procrastination was high.Abstrak: SFH (School From Home) merupakan kebiasaan baru yang muncul saat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Dalam pelaksanaannya, SFH menyebabkan timbulnya permasalahan baru bagi para siswa. Salah satunya adalah prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan gambaran perilaku prokrastinasi akademik siswa sekolah dasar kelas tinggi selama SFH. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Secara umum, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prokrastinasi akademik tergolong tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh atau kontibusi factor individual ibu bayi terhadap upaya perbaikan gizi bayi pada Posyandu. Studi expost fakto dengan desain corelasional causal effect ini melibatkan sembilan variabel prediktor dan satu variabel respons. Dengan menggunakan teknik analisi regresi ganda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor individu ibu bayi berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap upaya perbaikan gizi bayi. Besarnya nilai kontribusi variabel predikator terhadap upaya perbaikan gizi bayi, secara parsial sebagai urutan berikut: (1) keaktifan ibu bayi mengikuti penyuluhan gizi sebasar 52,3%, (2) pendidikan formal ibu bayi sebesar 43,9%, (3) lama ibu bayi menjadi anggota posyandu sebesar 42,7%,  (4) jumlah anak sebesar 41,1%, (5) usia ibu bayi sebesar 35,5%, (6) tingkat penghasilan ibu bayi sebesar 29,7%, dan (7) keaktifan mengikuti penyuluhan gizi bayi sebesar 40,8%. Sedangkan jenis pekerjaan ibu bayi dan jabatan ibu bayi di masyarakat, nilai kontribusinya sangat kecil dan tidak signifikan. Kontribusi X1 s.d. X9 terhadap Y secara simultan sebesar 53,1%. Saran: (1) kepada kader aktif Posyandu agar berusaha lebih konsisten memotivasi calon ibu bayi untuk mengikuti kegiatan Posyandu; dan memotivasi ibu bayi agar lebih aktif. Kader diharapkan lebih semangat dan mampu menumbuhkan kesadaran baru dan menjadikan ibu bayi merasa sangat butuh terhadap keberadaan Posyandu. (2) Substansi dan metode penyuluhan gizi bayi, terutama yang berkaitan dengan materi, media dan teknik penyuluhan hendaknya disesuaikan dengan faktor individu ibu bayi; karena tingkat pendidikan rata-rata ibu bayi di perdesaan secara umum masih kurang memadai.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh expressive arts therapy terhadap Self Acceptance pada narapidana kasus narkoba. Pada kegiatan yang dilakukan self expression memiliki peranan dalam menimbulkan perasaan bahagia, meningkatkan emosi positif, membantu mengurangi stres sehingga secara tidak langsung mampu untuk meningkatkan Self Acceptance. Selain itu kegiatan expressive arts therapy yang dilakukan secara berkelompok, memungkinkan timbulnya dukungan sosial dalam kelompok dimana menurut Ryff (2005) dukungan sosial adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan Self Acceptance. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimen pretest posttest control group design pada 25 Narapidana Narkoba. Alat ukur yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa adaptasi dari Self Acceptance Scale. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji t, dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22.0. hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan skor Self Acceptance  antara kelompok kontrol (M=98.83, SE=5.070) dan kelompok eksperimen (M=105.50, SE=5.282) setelah adanya perlakuan. Selain itu hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan signifikan pada Self Acceptance. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh Expressive Arts Therapy terhadap Self Acceptance Narapidana Narkoba

Abstract

This study aims to see the needs related to developing animated video media. This qualitative descriptive research was conducted using a survey method between May and July 2022. Questionnaires were used to collect data in this study. The research subjects were 90 undergraduate students of Educational Technology at Surabaya State University. The research concluded that animated video media based on the constructivism approach is needed in learning media courses. Students need learning media that can accommodate their learning needs and be used anywhere and anytime. Animated videos are necessary because students feel that these learning media can increase their motivation to learn. Students can form their knowledge using a constructivist approach using animated video learning media.
